Our company was started over thirty years ago in response to companies that were strictly composed of salesmen looking for the next sale. I wanted to present both the technical aspects of the products as well as the installation procedures. We are owned and operated by tradesmen seeking to give you a professional 'bid,' from which you can make an educated decision, not a high-pressure sale.

We at S&K are tuned to our customer's needs and lifestyles, because we are mainly a referral company, and do no advertising. Therefore, there will be no phone contact unless you request it. We are deluged with phone solicitations ourselves, and realize how annoying they can be. We will be happy to answer your questions about your kitchen, bath, siding, windows, room addition, roof, etc. by phone or in person.

If you would like us to come out and design a kitchen or bath, we will be happy to do so at no obligation. In the case of a kitchen I will personally design your kitchen and, after making a preliminary cabinet selection, drop off a computerized drawing of your new kitchen for your review, in private. With all quotes, our prospective customers will receive a list of customers with similar projects, that have been completed, and a complete list of our material suppliers.

We are a small, select company and handle most of our projects in house. The concept has worked well. We offer a full line of remodeling services, to our customers, which are mostly referral, with emphasis on high quality work completed in a timely fashion. The relationship I have with other companies that work with us is the key, together with the same quality carpenters we have employed for many years.
